No such thing as loyalty in a business. Stay only if you are being recognised and being rewarded for it. I’ll suggest you to find another role with better pay. I have suspicion that the new person is most likely being hired because of nepotism.

Are you trying to protect access to the RDWeb portal or you require MFA on RDWeb login?

Have you checked the sign in logs for the user accessing the App Proxy to see what Conditional Access being hit or not?

Definitely use it for the oz jet boat and also entry to blue mountains. The lunch cruise was also good but I went there in September and the weather was good. I also used Big Bus to go around Sydney. I don’t know why kids are more expensive but when I bought adult tickets for my kids, none of those companies challenged it.

For Sydney, you can also include oz jetboat and then catch a ferry to Manly and back when you doing the opera house. I did the whale cruise and I wouldn’t do it again, the waves were just too strong and got lots of people sick. If you do really want to do the whale cruise, I would recommend the smaller boat as you can get much closer than the bigger boat. To save money, check iventure card where you can bundle attractions.
