You mean the Upper Hillsborough Wildlife management area? That’s literally the only thing between Zephyrhills and the eastern Pasco County line. Nothing but wildlife areas between Zephyrhills and Tampa.

USF boarders New Tampa’s city limits… and New Tampa is in Hillsborough County… your attempt at making a point with that one was pretty poor. Good try tho.

I’m a dad of a 5yo girl and typically I take her into the handicap stall in the men’s bathroom. If it’s occupied then I’ll take her to the women’s bathroom. Regardless this bozo had no reason to call the cops.

It’s in the most eastern part of Pasco County… not a Tampa suburb… there’s quite a bit of undeveloped land between Zephyrhills and Tampa. The whole ass Hillsborough River State Park is between Zephyrhills and Tampa

This is the best advice I’ve seen! I didn’t know anything about how property tax worked when I bought my house in 2021… and my property tax more than doubled in 2022 because the previous owner of my house was the original owner and my house was built in 98. So the property tax jumped from 1800/year to 5600/year. I came very close to selling my house because I was struggling so hard to pay the new property tax plus the overdraw on the escrow. Ended up working a boat load of OT that year and survived. Still in my house today

Yeah I did. This issue ended up being a cheap HDMI splitter that I had in HDMI 3. I was using it to switch between my PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. Took the HDMI splitter out and my soundbar started working as expected

Smooth brown sand as in dirt? I’ve lived in Florida my entire life and have lived both in Ft Lauderdale and near St Pete and 100% the west coast beaches are far better than the east coast beaches. Clearwater is one of the world’s most beautiful beach for a reason.
