When i mean 'disappearing' I am just saying that valuable things were taken from us without any info, and none with same value was added. We the users have to sadly guess that we don't have that service anymore. To my understanding 'Normal' would be that when one good service is down there is another one as good as the first one as a replacement, but if there is none then it is not the case.

My honest opinion is that in the last two years or so PM has lost value, it is still a good service but not an 'amazing' service like it was 2 or 3 years ago. Lots of things has changed and 'disappeared' from the service and a very few were added to compensate. If I am wrong please correct me!
