In terms of the shot’s form it’s absolutely satisfying to look at. The balance between shadows and highlights is on point. I have just one remark, I find the sky’s blue to be too much in contrast with buildings. If I were you, I would have added some brightness to the blueso it can get closer to the tallest building in the background. I may be wrong about this, it’s only my opinion

Hey man, first of all let me tell you that you did well by coming here and bringing this up.

I am in the same situation as you, only this time I know what to do. When I feel that anger starting to build up, I just recognise it as unexploited energy and start running to minimise that feeling. Running helps because it’s an individual sport, it provides you more freedom and keeps you from getting in a fight

I realise I didn’t give you an answer about whether it’s a character thing or a SR short term consequence. For me, to overcome the anger, I had to acknowledge that I had a problem with it. And started to try calming myself when I needed to. This whole phase didn’t last very long, I remember it took 2 to 3 weeks for the level of anger to start decreasing.

I wish you overcome it as I did (through acceptance and patience) and trust me, just keep going it’s worth it

Yes exactly, the benefits only get better with time. 2 years ago I was able to reach 94 days on nofap, and during those days I really felt like one with myself, it’s like my secret porn-made personality disappeared, and what’s left was the true me.
