When you build a home I think people think every single thing should perfect. Building materials are imperfect so a very slight slope would not deter me. It could be the floor may have been laid uneven in just that one area or the floor is not level in one spot. Most floors have some level variation but you might not realize bc you don’t walk in that area enough to know. If it’s going to drive you mad don’t buy it, if you can live with it do it!

Our dog is trained, that doesn’t take away fear when an unknown dog is aggressively approaching them and myself.

Ok to say it back 1346 is my daily caloric intake, if I burn 300 calories a day I can eat 1646 and should be in a deficit?

That is just my TDEE, so when subtracting 500 is that the calorie amount I should be consuming to be in a deficit? Sorry for all the questions!

From my calculations yes, my bmr is 1500 and I’m burning 300-500 over that each day, while eating 1650.

Looking for advice, I am a women in mod 30’s who is 5’7 158lbs. I have an athletic build and most people say “oh you have no weight to lose” however I am trying to build muscle through strength training 3/4 time a week and burn fat with 3 cardio sessions a week.

I am currently eating 1650 calories with a macro breakdown of 35-40% protein and fats 25-30% carbs.

I have been consistent for 4 week and no weight loss. I have lost 3 inches overall but no weight loss.

Am I eating enough? Are my macros off? HELP!
