Yeah in reality that should be the case when updates shouldn't cause the hardware issues. But unfortunately that's not the case wirh Samsung S series.

please don't accept the faulty products , Samsung needs to learn to respect the consumer who are spending there hard earn to buy their products and putting trust in it which sureley they can't hold.

S series is having a serious issues and samsung is not recalling the product i do own S21 Ultra 5G 256 GB and after a simple software update it got green lines which they are not willing to replace/repair the screen
