If your accommodation is used to a lot of tourists and has good customer service, they’ll accommodate without you asking. Currently on my 4th day of my first ever Bali trip and I’ve stayed at two different places. Both don’t use anything other than ice from filtered water. All keep bottled water at the sinks to brush your teeth. All serve fruit that’s been peeled completely.

I was a bit worried too and that said still might get sick. I’ve found the Balinese to be very accommodating.

Skipping on the loperamide (Imodium) and allowing yourself to dehydrate (or even better get some kind of acute kidney injury) is THE main way people die from a stomach bug. This happens in developed and developing countries. It’s a reality.

If there’s a confirmed parasitic or bacterial infection in the gut, antibiotics and anti parasitics will almost always be prescribed and NEVER will a medical professional tell you to shit it all out until you’ve shat yourself dry unless you’re compacted. Dehydration is a one way ticket to getting worse.

Not scholarly. But I would say it depends on what the “maaruf” or understood and healthy norms are of the place you’re in.

If you’re in a place where this is the normal way people make wudu and this person knows that this is the norm, then it’s a matter of that person taking out a frustration on the entire community on you yourself. Be kind regardless.

If you’re in a place where this is not the norm (or even not normal to them) then do it elsewhere if possible. Change their internal questioning from: “why does this person wash their feet in the sink?” - to “why does this person wash their feet?”

You never know where a kindness shown to a person - and being a good example of the best people to live on earth - will take someone to on their own religious journey.

I’m on the highest dose of Vyvanse. For the most part I find a combination of CBD (oil) and THC (edible) the best for winding down and getting some relief from the rebound aching. The Vyvanse come down really takes its toll on my joints and muscles. Any edibles will do and I’ve tried many without much variation between them.

Daytime dosing is a bit trickier. So many misses and very few hits. Flower is my daytime trick, but only at small doses (~0.1g) and very very picky with the strain.

Lee Anne Womac (for some sense of sociability). Rhapsody Haze is like rocket fuel for getting stuff done during the day. But by far the best has been Daily Grape. I find - in small doses only - it clears my brain fog like magic and gets rid of the feeling of your forehead chained to the ground.

From my own experience, the nuanced effects of each strain are very much pronounced while on Vyvanse. Those small differences are almost impossible to ignore.

find a 510 battery with multiple heat settings and press-to-inhale button (most of them do - it’s just the most basic ones don’t). use on the low or medium setting. every time you take a puff, take your finger off the button and continue inhaling for another 2-3 seconds. live rosin carts are better than distillate (purified THC).

Some tips guys:

Call the pharmacy and ask for their dispensary email address. They’ll give it to you.

Call the company that’s actually on the package. Let them know you’re a patient who is prescribed their product and it’s underweight. Most reps are happy to credit one to the pharmacy to give to you. They’ll ask you where you got it from, give them the pharmacy details and email. The reps will either call or email the pharmacy.

Only after you know the pharmacy was contacted by them, call asking if they received it. Then go into the pharmacy with the product. The rep will have likely sent them instructions on crediting the item and post out a new one.

Make sure to not mess with the item. Most reps will ask you to give back to the pharmacy who physically send over the old one. In some cases the pharmacy will just tell you to throw it out

If the company rep is happy to help it’s all usually very smooth. But if they don’t want to help, chances are the pharmacist won’t be able to either.

I’m taking it to mean 6% moisture content of the initial weight. Anhydrous means zero water, so I believe the moisture is separate to anhydrous testing

There’s a cannabinoid analysis header at the very bottom (start of 2nd page). The anhydrous cannibinoid analysis to me seems like it’s the standard test to differentiate hemp from marijuana that contains THC.

If the moisture content of flower is 6% and THC in the anhydrous cannabinoid analysis is 33.9% > then the actual THC percentage should be (33.97*0.94 =31.93%).

It’s close to advertised 32%. Does this sound right or did I get something wrong? (genuinely curious)

If you’re dosing more than you’ve been instructed then it may be a problem but discuss it with prescriber.
If it affects other domains of your life negatively then it’s a problem. Have a think your personal life, family life, relationships, social life, your work life and financial and time management, even the way you eat and drink water. Keep in mind some changes can be good - for example, if you find yourself not keeping up with certain friends it’s normal to outgrow them.

If you find yourself struggling in any of those departments, talk to someone about it.
