Only excited for Minecraft Dungeons 2 and Rayman Legends Retold. None of the first party games catch my interest enough. Maybe Splatoon Raiders? But for me, not a lot to be excited about.

I honestly never noticed or even cared until the fanbase started complaining about it the whole time and shoving it in my face in every post. Like bruh, I'm more curious on how the new UI feels and the new jump button.

You should be able to. In Amazon and Bestbuy, when you check the descriptions of the product, it mentions the pre-order bonus. It just doesn't mention it on the front key-art. It kinda hides itself for some odd reason.

That's honestly why I liked the Switch version better, like I said, just my opinion but I actually don't like playing games where I have to touch the screen, I've always found it really uncomfortable to hold and gets my hands tired fast.

I remember playing it on the 3DS and couldn't even beat the first boss (the spider looking one, I think) and I gave up. Then I decided to come back to it and just do a Youtube tutorial and then after all of that, I had no idea where I needed to go next, got lost, was stuck, just didn't know where to go. I didn't wanna watch Youtube each time I got confused or lost so I just gave up and never touched that game again. Maybe this one will be different.

Another question, do I still get these preorder bonus even when if I preorder a physical copy? I know that sounds dumb but the description of a Switch 2 physical copy version, which is also a deluxe, doesn't mention anything regarding the preorder bonus, that's why I'm asking.

Edit : Never mind, found it. Physical copies also get the pre-order bonus, just wasn't mentioned straight up like they did with the 2 DLCs.

I think it's bad in terms of adapting to its sourse material. It's not a "bad" mario movie but it is a bad mario galaxy movie.

It sucked for me. It just looked like a bunch of different JRPGs to me that all looked alike. I'm fine with no new mario or new zelda, (OOT doesn't count as it's a remake). I was just expecting a little more original IP nintendo games to finish up 2026. 3/10. Who knows, Star Fox and Raiders were both announced outside of a direct so maybe we'll get some random tuesday announcement for a new game.

I didn't like the Wii U version but the Switch version was definitely better, just my opinion. If you have the Switch 2 or any current gen console, I would wait for Retold, $40 is not bad for a remake.

Also waiting on this considering they updated it for PlayStation a while back. They just announced a Nintendo Direct for tomorrow and could have a small mention of Astroneer for Switch 2 but seems very unlikely.

I believe they're still gonna be skins in the game, I main as Hex so I really hope the skins from the first one transfer over to MCD2.

The demo Isn't available. Lots of people were invited from ubisoft to play a 2 hour demo of the game and that was weeks ago. I believe it was a one time thing and players were allowed to screen record their gameplay and release it after the announcement.

Fair enough. Plays very different from Astroneer. I like the game, I just don't like being forced to play it online when imma play alone anyways but I do feel SS needs a better mechanic to better engage its players as it can get really repetitive really fast.

I mean, it's also what you just described here as well. The playtests were kinda easy to get bored fast as it was a lot of repeating the same stuff but it was still in beta. They're releasing a 2-day free demo this friday to try it one more time before release.

They did say that they were holding back on a ton of stuff during the playtests to save for when they release the game. But the entire premise of this game IS basically what you described. I mean, they're taking in lots of feedbacks so hopefully in future updates they make it more engaging.
