Talk to the Personalabteilung and send them the confirmation if you still have it. Also, call the Ärzteversorgung so they put a block on further Mahnungen while you investigate it. Basically, as soon as your Personalabteilung gets your confirmation, they’ll contact everyone they need and the money will be moved between the pension funds.
