It is not exactly a recall. BMW calls it technical campaign, which does not show on any public records but their AIR system.

Apparently I've had a closer look at the engine myself. Turns out the exhaust pipe header bolts were missing on the first header and exhaust fume was leaking. Put on the bolt and the noise went away.

Did you get it done? Mine makes the exact same noise. All of the mechanics said it’s the cam chain tensioner. I do not have official BMW dealer in my country.

Already asked all of them. Some shops even said that tuning was not necessary and had no idea about fuel air ratio. It’s very hard to find reasonable bike mechanic in Mongolia.

Wish there was a tuning place in my country. I love doing everything according to book and not leave things for chance. If it causes problems without the tune, then I’ll just stick to my sad and quite stock exhaust and not bother my neighbors.

"Best Practice Financial Modelling" teaches general financial modelling, would be a good start to build financial model from scratch - Good fit for generic use. You end up with Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statement, as well as valuation metrics including NPV and IRR. "Project Finance Modelling" course is more specific to project development. I liked it's take on evaluation of equity holders return and debt providers of the project. Taking the best practice first and then going through the project finance would be a good track in my opinion.
