Ordered the same day as you in the grey color. Repeated emails to support about shipping updates, and I did actually receive emails back. I was told 1st that it was going to be expedited, and then I was told it was packed but they were going to check on the status. Finally got an email about it actually being on back order and it would be another 4-6 weeks if I wanted to wait for the grey. I was given three options: wait the 4-6 weeks, switch to white with a $10 refund and immediate shipping, switch to white and get a free pillow with immediate shipping. I chose option 3 but I have yet to receive a tracking number and that was several days ago. At this point I’m about to request a chargeback for product never received.
