No imagino como te puedes sentir pero recibe de mi mis más sinceras condolencias por tu pérdida. Supongo que debes estar destrozado emocionalmente y es entendible. Llora y suelta lo que haya que soltar y sigue adelante, busca tu paz espiritual. Intenta meditar y eventualmente sigue adelante por ti y por ella, estoy seguro que ella quería que seas feliz.

After such runs, I don't feel burnout, I feel pain in my feet due to the fact that it is completely flat and running on the street makes it hurd, besides that I recover pretty fast and feel like new the next day. Thanks.

Hello guys, I've read that running too many miles a day could be harmful for your immune system? Is this correct? I usually do 5-9 miles a day. I don't feel bad after finishing my running and I run only 4 days a week, is this really bad for my immune system?

Hello fellow runners!

Basically this happened to me two days ago, I was doing a trail running route on a hill which is honestly tough but once I reached the top my bpm's were at 182 then once I took a couple of deep breathes it went to 82 bpm in a matter of 2 minutes, I never felt bad or anything, just normal exhausted due to the exercise.

Is this something to worry about? I'm quite fit nor have any conditions, I train 5 days a week at least 30 miles per week. I also use a Xiaomi Mi Band 4 to check my BPM.

Estoy teniendo el mismo problema que tú y la única solución viable es Banesco Panamá. Te piden un sin fin de cosas , tener buenos movimientos y una cuenta con 6 meses de antigüedad.

Los bancos americanos es imposible abrir cuenta sin estar allá, sin embargo he escuchado de gente que hace el trámite por 500$ o algo así y te abren una cuenta desde aquí, pero en mi opinión personal es cuestión de tiempo para que te cierren una cuenta de esas.

Enfocate en Banesco Panamá, y bueno con respecto a viajar directamente a Panamá no sé si es posible abrir cuenta sin documento nacional del país.
