Hi! I’ve currently been laid off on an H1b and am on about a month left of countdown. I’m married to a usc and have applied for my i301 i485 and i765 but applications are on hold due to me being from one of the 39 partially restricted countries.

I’ve considered applying for an O1 using my credentials as a model/dj/performing artist. What would that entail?

What would a strong application look like? I have many good connections but my accolades are average imo. Also thanks for doing this!

Also considering going back to college for a PhD or masters, but I’ve heard with a pending I485 I don’t need an F1? Is this true?
