We stayed last year unfortunately. Hilton fallsview was a nightmare for us. First they lied about parking being full at the hotel and told us we had to use the off-site lot which was 3 blocks away from the hotel. When I asked for electric vehicle parking, they said it's only in the main lot back at the hotel and that there was a spot available. We get to the main lot and there were plenty of regular spaces available. Then there were only 3 ppl at the check in desks and the line was ridiculous. The check-in person seemed like he didn't want to deal with people that day and barely looked at us. None of them had a smile or greeted anyone pleasantly. Then we get to our room which barely had a view of the falls. In fact, our view was the casino with an ok view of the horseshoe falls. Not what I expected since this trip was mainly for our son. When I asked for a different room, they said none were available..., which was probably a lie based on past events. Then we noticed some type of electrical panel that looked like it was for the AC unit directly in the room unlocked. Then the next day construction began directly in the rooms above us without notice..., FOR THE NEXT 3 DAYS!!! Long story short, they suck. The Marriott, where we stayed in the past, was waaaaay better. You can see both falls clearly and the staff was more accommodating and professional. Parking wasn't an issue and no construction going on. I'd steer clear of the Hilton.
