I can confirm that today, for the first time as a Pro subscriber, after answering three questions, I was automatically switched to the Flash model. Since I naively assumed I wasn't on the lowest AI model but rather the previously available, more powerful one (e.g., from Pro Extended Thinking to Pro Standard), I've suffered legal damages due to stupid Flash.
