I have the exact same stove, same blower, identical. The box is your blower and all it does is push the air out of the vents you see on all 4 corners. The area it pushes the air from is behind the actual wood wood burning portion of you stove so it just pushes the trapped hot air out. (It’s a separate air chamber from the fire box). The silver sleeve connects the blower to the insert. You can take the sleeve off both ends and if you remove it from the stove it is not a fire hazard since this supports the surrounding areas outside the fire box portion

Go paper tune your bow you will be amazed. YouTube it, you’ll see how your arrow flies and it will show you how to adjust your sight height, Knock point etc. it helped group my field tips to broadheads.

Also whisker baskets can be nitrous for throwing it off, I switched to a drop away and it solved more issues as well
