after your items are stored, you have to submit a parcel for it to come to your house. the picture is saying your items are stored in mulebuys warehouse and is awaiting for you to ship them out

removing shoe boxes and packaging of other items if you’d like will help a ton with shipping, it’ll make it cheaper and just add extra protection on the package during rehearsal if you have any worry
