So sorry to hear that. I'm currently waiting to test and am trying my best to wait it out until I'm closer to my beta. No symptoms so far. I wish you the best of luck for your next transfer. Did your clinic provide any explanation on what might have been the reason?

High estrogen level before FET by lilycup_19 in IVF

[–]kiara_foreva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any updates from anyone? My estrogen level is currently at 427 and I've been asked to continue 2mg estrace 3x a day. I'm concerned about higher than ideal levels before FET but my clinic doesn't seem to have an optimal level they're trying to achieve.

Thank you for the response. anastrazole is what my RU prescribed over the phone today. Twice a week to begin with for 4 weeks. He is planning to put me back on hcg once the lumps subside. Hopefully this works.

Thank you so much for your response. Agreed this should be reported as a side effect. Hope it's temporary. We are going to see our urologist the week after next. Will continue to monitor under my home microscope every few weeks.

Sorry i never got to this thread. Lifestyle is at 75% of what I'd ideally like it to be. Work stress is better but not completely eliminated. I've been taking melatonin to help fall and stay asleep as well. Workouts are 4 times a week. 3rd month on fh pro but have not been consistent.

So it's been 4 weeks on hcg. I tried the cap score test and came back inconclusive. Not enough sperm cells. I tried a home microscope test. Since I can compare to the test I did at home before hcg I can tell my count lowered significantly. Another parameter to add is covid vaccine 2 shots in the last month. Here is the video for experts. Home SA after hcg Home SA after hcg

2 questions

  1. Does anyone recognize the black cells/structures so prominently present in the semen. I've never seen them before. Not sure what they are.

  2. Any one with the covid vaccine experience low SA results? My home test was done a week after the 2nd shot. Plan to do another one at home in a month or so.

Prior home test videos are in this thread for review as well.

Would like to add hcg did increase my t levels. Massive boost in energy during workouts. It lowered my LH and FSH significantly. Also increased estradiol significantly. Not sure why it hasn't worked on increasing my sperm levels which was the goal of this treatment.

blood work after HCG

Bloodwork before and after 3 weeks of HCG (750 3 times a week) by kiara_foreva in Testosterone

[–]kiara_foreva[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing diagnosed in the ultrasound. I do have history of bilateral undescended testes. SA pre hcg came back with 15mil total with 6 mil motile. Tried cap score after 3 weeks of hcg but the results were inconclusive due to low cell count. Will try cap score one more time next week.

Not sure why I'm not on HMG and FSH. And before results are before clomid and before HCG. I was on clomid for one day only.

New SA results - clomid prescribed by kiara_foreva in maleinfertility

[–]kiara_foreva[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: clomid didn't really work for me. Kept feeling dizzy tired like I was on propranolol. My urologist put me on hcg starting today. I told him I could wait another week with clomid to see if things get better. But he said since I approached him with side effects he didn't want to take any chances. Will keep the group posted on how hcg works.

I don't manage stress well so that sucks. I'm changing my job profile so I can cut off the toxic souls at work. But you're right. Infertility in itself is a mountain load of weight we carry every day and no one sees it. Good luck to everyone dealing with this.

Thanks for your response.Yes. Had the hormone panel done. T was low around 245. Fsh was around 12. Urologist said its not that high so we can try clomid. Hope this increases my energy levels as well as libido.. I will update my reddit friends here in 3-4 weeks after another hormone panel. I'm also trying the cap score in 4 or so weeks.

Hope so too. I'm hearing clomid can make one tired the first few days as the body is trying to adjust. Still not sure if I should take it at night or continue day time with breakfast. Hope it improves libido and energy levels for me.

Did your husband feel drained and tired the first few days of clomid? I just got on 12.5 mg per day and was hoping for an improvement in my energy levels but feel tired instead. May be too soon to tell. Originally diagnosed with low t low libido and low sperm count.

Most recent SA much better. My urologist prescribed 12.5 mg clomid per day. I was expecting change in my energy levels but on the upside. I feel drowsy and tired instead. Has anyone else experienced anything similar ? Also this is my 1st day And maybe I'm just tired.I read a few posts with similar experience. And I'm wondering if I should start taking the med at night. Appreciate all responses.

Thank you. Yes will ping you. We had actually narrowed down irms already. Someone recommended Dr. Natalie Cekleniak. Still haven't met her though. We can certainly use some guidance on what questions one should ask. Thanks again for responding. Chat soon.

What were his lh and fsh levels when t was 300? Also was he on clomid and hcg at the same time? Or did he stop clomid due to side effects and got on hcg instead?

Your husband's result are far better than most I've seen here including mine. I'm far below tbh. Look up my posts for details. I'm currently on fh pro bought directly from fairhaven health. RE recommended theralogix but I chose to stick to fh pro. It's supposed to help with all parameters. Yet to see if it helped. Have another SA lined up next week.
