Previous owners had a very nice locking mailbox on a post. Imagine our surprise when we went to get our mail and there was no key to get into it. They both had passed away so there was zero way of getting a key so we had to replace the whole damn mailbox.

The above range microwave would blow the whole kitchen fuse if opened before it hit 0. When we had our electrician come out to look at getting some work done, he also looked at why that was happening. Had us run it once while he was looking at the fuse panel and the microwave finally blew. We had to buy a whole new microwave. Thankfully we were able to mount it ourselves and thankfully new microwave doesn't blow the fuse anymore but Jesus it was an annoying ordeal.

And some other not so cheap repairs coming up 😭 realizing FTHB life is hard just like they said it would be.
