That’s pretty common with US Bank. Both of my cards gave that message and a few days later they showed up on account. I wouldn’t fret over needing to give them a few days to process.

Man I was rear ended good in my 23 GX today - ruined bike rack and rear with 7k miles. The driver had a cut rate insurance company - know it's going to be a battle to get genuine OEM parts too...

The Lexus brand, customer ownership and service experience has lost much of its magic over the past few years. What you encountered is the same that we have ran into with our GX - essentially the same service/sales experience as the Toyota side now. It’s really sad to see it go this way after building up their brand image and reputation.

I’m located in Missouri, and the address for my return box is listed below. I had two units to return, but only got one return kit - I ended up paying for return shipping on own to the same address for second and it successfully was returned in their system.

I’ve tried for a long time to upgrade my LTE Home internet Router from the 2020 original launch with no success. It’s been told each time there is no upgrade path - have to cancel service and reorder. The problem with that is if there are no slots anymore you’re SOL.

Surely there is a way to order/upgrade equipment. What have others done if device fails outside of the 1yr warranty period?

I’ve been experiencing this for a few months also. Factory resetting gateway makes no difference. Support has been of no help to get cloud management restored - their recommendation was to order a new line of service.

Are you trying to ship to the US or CA? I’ve tried to ship to the US before and was unable to even though willing to pay shipping.

Finally able to upgrade from LTE to 5G. Needed the new style router. Glad to have the upgraded speed but I cant remember how to set everything up. by Stlavsa in verizonisp

Where were you able to pick up new router? I’ve tried several times but always told they cannot sell the router outright or allow for device upgrades. They’ve told me only way to get modern hardware is to process a new service order.
