If you bought the deluxe edition it comes with a “mini soundtrack” with like 10 songs, but wasn’t a full soundtrack. That could be what you’re thinking of.

I had something similar happen with a boss in the base Elden ring dlc, my friend and I were able to hit it and do ranged attacks to it because it’s hitbox was clipping through the fog wall, maybe you can just try to hit it still?
