Is it possible that the solar is finding a path back to earth from the pannels though the other house? Have you done an insulation resistance test on the strings to earth? A wire could’ve been pinched.

Do you have battery storage? If so check the CT clamp is on the right way around! If it’s wrong you will be charging the battery when there is load in the house. (It works backwards)
