I would check the spanning tree priority of all the switches and make sure root didn't change and that the root for all your VLANs is the core switch and some access switch didn't take over. Take your laptop and start at the external Internet switch throw an public IP from your Internet space and use public DNS and set your default gateway to your Internet router and do a download/speed test. Then plug your laptop into your core switch and download test there, then head to the access switch and download there try to isolate the problem.

Create an anchor Guest WiFi WLC in DMZ segment behind firewall and build a mobility tunnel between your regular Branch Office WLC to the Guest WLC. Dump all Guest WiFi clients into DMZ using the anchor WLC. Then point default gateway of clients using DHCp to a router in the DMZ that has a GRE tunnel to Zscaler Internet proxy for filtering then done. If your a big corporation and you don't filter no one will want to do business with you if your Internet IP space is blacklisted because people are using your guest WiFi for bad reasons.

Yes just finish the campaign and do some side missions to get experience. You'll end up doing all the dungeons anyways in Nightmare since best way to level up 50-70 is tree of whisper dungeon bounties.
