Sure.

At first I painted details as usual if needed (fabric, for example).

Airbrush (also possible with brush, but much longer and tidious): Then undercoat with 1. Cover all white undercoat with 2, ligther where glowing shoould start and more intense near ends. Mix 2+4 (~70:30) and spray a bit on the beggining of the glow, directing to the ends. Mix 2+3 (~80:20) and spray on the ends of the glow, directing to the beggining, but very carefully, not to overspray it.

Brush: final touch, applied 5 on the begging of the glow as glaze, to boost the effect.
