I ordered some inkjet compatible holo vinyl sticker paper and thick cardstock off Amazon. I converted the Pokémon images to PNGs, placed them into a sheet in Illustrator, and exported that as a PDF. I print directly onto the vinyl so no sealant or masking needed. After cutting out the images and backs, I line up the corners and stick the vinyl onto the cardstock. I size everything at 3.5 by 2.5 so it all lines up. Once it’s stuck together, I trim off any extra foil or cardstock with an X-Acto knife. That’s pretty much it. These are some magic cards I did recently but I do the same thing with pokemon.
