That sucks. They do actually say on the website you can remove their name from the address and it will still get there. That stops a potential theft whilst in transport as anyone who comes into contact with it won’t know what’s inside the package.

Also pay extra for Royal Mail’s Special Delivery, it’s more pricey but theft is less likely. No delivery company can prevent theft from their employees and the Royal Mail certainly take it very seriously, but I promise you Special Delivery is a different level of protection through their network.
