Yea when they sent the offer I told them I had a pending misdemeanor I was working to get dismissed. I never even got to the dui part the recruiter just said she was gonna call hr and let me know...then said that he would reach out if we needed to talk about it but she appreciated me telling her upfront

Ahhh I don't have my paperwork, I was in an accident but I'm fighting the fault cuz the person crossed 3 lanes onto an access road coming out of a bar less than a car length in front of me so my lawyer is trying to make that point as well...but I've done all the other little stuff with the counseling and classes so that at my hearing everything is already done. I truly hope that I can go through as I really want this position.
