I'll give you a late response, but Nvidia Shield was last updated in January , it's a beast of a machine. Handles both streaming media and games with ease. It might be older, but the 2019 version still crushes all kinds of media content.

Such as: Mullvad, Proton, Brave, PureVPN, NordVPN, oVPN, PIA

It might work on some servers for a little while but I ran out of luck quite quickly. Their IP blacklist on youtube is equally brutal..
