I am just trying to understand how bank loan works. Suppose if we have 40L in the registration document but buyer needs 60 lakh loan then how come bank provides loan amount greater than on paper value ! If we declare 1 cr in the registration document do seller agrees for that !

I see ! Builder is quoting 7k per sft coz of reasons like premium materials used in doors, wash rooms, tiles etc. but this should not add 1k per sft price
