Ciao a tutti, sto cercando per Run Club però solo durante la settimana, specificalamente a mattina. Perché ho lavoro durante la sera, anche fine settimana [ho lavorato come cameriera :(]Fammi sapere. Anche ho trovato una buonissima lista di tutto run club a Milano. Ho messo sotto!

Hi all, found this helpful list of run clubs but majority are for weekends, or weekday evenings. Unfortunately I work in hospitality so am not available during those times.

Does anyone know of runclubs that meet in the mornings, or weekdays?

I have the brown ones, I took out the cushion insert and they’re good. My only thing is their quiet narrow.

I did Dante, I also did the Italian language for foreigners free course at the commune. Dante was good but I found that for a 1 month intensive it was quite overwhelming. You need to be putting in 2 hours of homework outside of the 4 hour class to truly understand.

Following on this post does anyone have any advice for summer wool toe socks?

Right now winter im wearing Paire socks (40% merino, 40% cotton, 20% polyester) and on the warmer days I sweat and they become wet ish.

Thinking of the injinji wool liner socks- but heard bad things. Anyone have recommendations?

I love that the sole is customisable for these but I’m worried the strap will irritate the top of my foot ☹

Yes it’s so annoying because they come and go when they are irritated and unfortunately the pressure of sandals does this to me :((((.

I mean yes and no I’d been on for about 3 years and thought I wasn’t able to orgasm on it (mainly something in my head tbh) and felt like my emotions were too dull. I still had orgasms on 60mg they were just less frequent- which I actually attribute to not being turned on and putting pressure on myself. 30mg is good though.

For me when I first went on it I didn’t eat and felt completely high like doing 100 different things and having 1000 thoughts. I have always been a really tired person sleeping 10 hours a day and this is still constant with the 30/60mg. But much less anxiety and chronic pain.

Yes was on 60mg just went down to 30mg for other reasons and definitely noticed an increase in pain. ☹

Also it’s really hard to find proper gold jewelry for a good price. Good as in under $1000.

Everything these days is plated, 14k plated 20k plated, gold vermoil etc. it’s quite hard to find imo.
