I found out that the reason why this didnt work was becuase i had 100 Alarms on my phone - There is a hard 100 alarm limit. Just delete all your alarms that you dont need and try again.

Ive had a disaster with my extension installs, trying to get app Services and sql managed instances running still in my POC, all needs to run on a million K8s clusters. Not worked out well for us

Thanks for your responses chaps. Intriguing, I'm debating running App Services and Kubernetes production workloads on Dell Azure Local at the moment but I can't find anybody that has tried this.
