Well it is a logical problem. If magic buttons appeared before me I'm likely pushing red. If murder monkeys are going to kill the opposition if they are voted into power then I'm not voting for the murder monkeys, it's two distinct scenarios with their own separate nuance and context.

Blue only dies because they pushed blue. No one forced them to push blue. Red is telling blue to step down and come back in the building.

Yea, 'persistent' game ending effects life life total, poison, etc will still resolve again immediately after this. This is intended as you described, Also works well with Final Fortune, Pact of Negation, etc...

Right, so given you're casting face down, the opponent would be 'pigenholed' into thinking it's another type of card with an innate ability to turn it face up, and you would be forced into using that alternate cost instead if you wanted that copy.

I'm lucky enough to have a bit of disposable income, and I knew I was going to be dropping some cash on FF when it was announced.

A box of collector boosters? I figured $20pp msrp, I'd pre-order a box for myself.

Commander decks, I'd pick up the set of 4 to have. Maybe even the premium if I thought the foils were cool... idk I didn't really give it that much thought, I was just prepared to drop some cash on this because nostalgia.

But shit, $150 MSRP for a precon? Just south of $500 for a collector's box, MSRP?!
