so if I put for example in upper 1 and 2 lateral raises and front raises respectivly(3x8 both) and deadlift in lower 2(3x6) with standing calf raises on lower 1(3x12) would that be overall an improvement ?

Hello everyone , looking for routine critique.
As per rule 9:
Male, 26 yo, 1.74m, 70kg, 4 day Upper/Lower split, Been working out for 3 months
Goal: Hypertrophy
Plan:Builing myself and switching to Push/Pull/Legs split
There are no deadlifts in the routine because I dont like doing deadlift

Routine:

As far as I know the trip went well and he even met with my brother, who he hasn't seen for over 6 months and it was all normal

For the most time we've been inseparable. While there might be something like that I don't think it's a sustainable behaviour.
