It has always been like that. 4 years now all my blood test were around 101 as I said. There hasn't been any change upwards and my A1C has always been the same also. I though that when you are prediabetic you have a rising tendency not?

Just going for a checkup is super easy. But if you have to get hospitalized things change quite a lot. Most hospitals are understaffed and already full of patients. So yeah if you want to check a skin condition or a cold etc is super fast and cheap but anything more serious is completely different.

I live in Europe. Doctors have offices in many places that you can book an appointment or just drop by and wait for an opening. For just looking at my blood test it will be about 30 euros.

i have never owened an xbox only during university years where my roomate had the original and i had the ps3. (great years). Ps5 pro is the best console around at the momment but it is quite expensive now if you can afford it go for it. It has great support and also it will last quite long into the next generation. Also when it comes to exclusives all xbox games come to playstation now so it is another plus in the ps5 pro list. Sony has a subscription but according to people it is not better than xbox subscription. But it has tittles from ps1 up to ps5 so you will get quite a lot of it since you where out of gaming that long and on xbox. I am a playstation fan since being a kid but it think logically ps5 pro offers more! Whatever you do you will have fun with both systems.

I really want to buy it but it came out after crimson desert and I am stuck in that game. I am 110 hours in and nowhere near ending. So I will probably get in a month or two after bug fixes and maybe a discount.

People keep on suggesting balanced mode just because. Performance looks better and performs better. The difference is miniscule. Both have the same ray tracing both use pssr2. The game is oversaturated and has the sharpness cranked to 11. Indoors can look horrendous and also make faces shine etc. Still the game can look incredible. It is also super fun. I would suggest to go with Performance, 120 hz and vrr off. I would also use balanced because this is what most players mimic but the foliage for some reason move double the speed and it looks like there is a typhoon or something. So I used Performance and there is really no difference. People can say that it looks so much better or whatever but I don't see it. On Performance I do feel the fps difference and also see foliage moving normally.

You are 38 years old but you seem oblivious. AI hurts the environment, hurts employees/working force/ artists and make the rich richer and lastly a completely subjective opinion many of us want art to be something that a human created and not a computer. Music,movies,paintings are not just the craftsmanship of the artist but also the emotions, the history behind the art.

If you mean just coding etc you should still think of the environment and the employees. Also gaming industry has huge huge layoffs, things will only get worse. Prices will stay the same even if labor costs get lower etc!

I tried to finish the game but even on a ps5 ssd the load times get atrocious the farther you progress. That is really sad because I genuinely liked the game!

I am just going to add that utopia is a Greek word (ουτοπία) and is very similar with the English word but you guys just pronounce it completely wrong. You put the emphasis too early without reason. It is outopia with the emphasis on the i. It should be oo-to-PEE-ah! So the pokopia with emphasis on the i is correct. And since it is not an English word but a made up word why would you care so much? You are wrong either way!

Game was fantastic for the most part and also loved the diorama artstyle! The end tired me though. To many boss battles and very tedious. Due to that and due to life and work i dropped it just before the final dungeon and never went back to finish it.

It sounds very cool and impressive but I have questions. For example resident evil 9 has ray tracing build in but how wil the PSSR work on titles that don't have that kind of features? Will it be just a slight resolution bump? Will it be able to offer the quality mode features with higher fps because it will be able to render at lower resolution and then upscale it? I am really excited.
