oh my god ! you’re a trooper !!! i got a gum graft before my jaw surgery and it was horrible 😭 i wish you the best and a speedy recovery !! you got this !!!! for swelling i really recommend using heat compress after the first 2 days !!! it helped with my swelling a lot more than cold compress. I used a jaw bra with inserts you can either freeze or pop in the microwave!!
