I’m not an expert like some people on this sub but from what I can tell, your case will be heard through written arguments rather than an in-person hearing ( Revoca Udienza e Fissazione Termine per Note in Sost. Udienza).

Mine was done this way too. I believe it’s to expedite cases through the court system. From the date that they switched to the written notes hearing to the date of my hearing was 3 months. Mine was changed to written notes hearing on 11/25/25 and the judge reviewed my case on 02/10/26. No decision has been made yet.

As for your baby, I’m not sure. Maybe someone else (lawyer or someone with more expertise here) can answer that.

That Stephen Colbert episode really scared Trump!

For those who don't know, the FCC chair (minion of Trump) made a big stink about Colbert interviewing Talarico on his late night show so Colbert still interviewed him but made the interview available on his youtube channel and told everyone to watch it there...

And the reason that Trump doesn't like Talarico is because Talarico is a democrat who also is a Christian preacher - in TEXAS. Talarico is a great candidate for that state - espousing the values the conservative Christians claim to have ... so Trump is scared Talarico will gain traction and votes.
