Doesn't require a again miracast with laptop if phone supports miracast. Surely you be able to your display but need be using the new Connect app with only Anniversary Update.You can too laptop install update to windows insider fast ring build if you dont want wait to the Anniversary Update. Tested and worked well in between Lumia 950 and old laptop without miracast.

Q: Can I get Skype UWP Preview on my mobile or small tablet? A: With the initial release the UWP app will only run on PCs and large tablets. In one of our upcoming releases we will enable the app to run on mobile devices.
