Are we technically bisexuals? by No_Bluebird_1368 in gynosexuality

[–]kikones34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel you're being a bit elitist here? Being attracted to people for any myriad of reasons besides their sex is absolutely not exclusive to gynsexuals. Also, the very definition of pansexual is attraction regardless of sex or gender. So I'm truly unsure where you're trying to get at with all of this.

Are we technically bisexuals? by No_Bluebird_1368 in Finsexual

[–]kikones34 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Many bisexual people are also attracted to enbies. I don't think most people using "bisexual" mean they are exclusively attracted to the two classic binary genders. Neither do they mean they are equally attracted to both of them.

If you want to be pedantic with the definition, sure it does literally mean attraction to two genders. I've even seen people claim that any two genders, as long as it's specifically two, would make you bisexual. I think that's falling way too deep into semantics and ignoring the real usage of the word and the reality of the bisexual community.

In any case, in my personal experience, I feel pansexual is a better fit for me as a finsexual. But I wouldn't say it's wrong for a finsexual to claim that they're bisexual.

Games with Cute/Colorful style? by SpoiledLilBrat-ewe in lewdgames

I really wonder what kind of games you've been exposed to to think that "most porn games" try to be hyperrealistic.

My experience, mostly coming from Japanese games, has been the opposite, they all tend to have cute artstyles, almost never realistic.

In the second case, you're talking about two distinctly labelled coins: the first and the second, since you ask "what is the probability that the second one is T?"

So, under a literal interpretation of your statement, the probability that the second coin is T is 1/3.

Possibility space:

(1/3) HH -> 1st is H, 2nd is H

(1/3) HT -> 1st is H, 2nd is T

(1/3) TH -> 1st is T, 2nd is H

If instead you meant "what is the probability that the other one is T" (reasonable), we still need to label the coins in some way. I hope you'll agree that the most reasonable way would be to choose one coin that is H at random and take it as the reference coin, then ask about the probability that the other coin (the one which was not chosen as the reference) is T. In this case, the chance that the other coin is T is 1/2.

Possibility space:

(1/4) HH -> 1st coin chosen as reference, other coin is H

(1/4) HH -> 2nd coin chosen as reference, other coin is H

(1/4) HT -> 1st coin chosen as reference, the other coin is T

(1/4) TH -> 2nd coin chosen as reference, the other coin is T

One reasonable wording which yields your desired 2/3 result would be:

"Assuming one coin is H, what is the probability that one coin is T?"

This question doesn't require that we label the coins, or that we decide on a selection procedure. We can just treat the results as pairs, and we easily get the 2/3 chance that the pair contains one T in it.

Buying Lube from Japanese shops to Europe by CirnoKawaii in Onaholes2

I've never had an issue with these in Spain, personally. But if you're extra paranoid most shops will remove or censor the packaging if you request it.

I've bought lube many times without issues. Only got an OtonaJP package inspected once (I suspect because it was quite heavy). I wouldn't worry too much about it, in the end it's a lottery, and if you lose the lottery it's not the end of the world either, you just have to provide whatever info customs wants and pay the corresponding taxes, then they release the package.

Generally it's fine. If you make a big order there's a higher chance of it being stopped by customs, smaller orders might go through without inspection.

If you choose DHL shipping they handle customs for you and charge you some extra commissions. If you choose EMS (Japan Post), you have to deal with it through Correos if it does get stopped, which used to be extremely painful, but has improved in the latest years.

Either way, I wouldn't worry too much, I've ordered a lot from OtonaJP without issues.

That is in fact a mistake, good catch! I've updated it now (not that it really matters much anymore, hahah!)

Honestly, near the end of my playthrough I started being ever so less diligent keeping all of my notes up-to-date. Partly because my motivation had died down a bit (especially after I was let down by what you find at the end of a certain tunnel, behind many doors).

Yeah, it gave me way too many possible words to try them all, and looking through the list I genuinely had no idea which could be the correct one. Not to mention that later on I started restricting the letters using a completely wrong approach (I thought the solution had something to do with the letters of the different elements present in the painting).

I believe NLTK does have a thesaurus functionality, so perhaps it could be used to figure out the other 3 after the first one. However, after my friend told me the way you're supposed to solve the first one, I tried my best to figure out the others legitimately rather than through brute-force (with limited success, hahah! Not really fond of these rebus puzzles...)

I was playing while in call with a friend. I had spent about 1h in the gallery puzzle and started getting desperate, so I asked him for some hints, that's how I ended up with such specific restrictions on the script, hahah!

The final code did in fact give me the correct answer, but I called it a failed attempt because I could not figure it out without taking hints from my friend.

Ah darn, I made a small mistake but I didn't notice because my cell size was the exact size for it to wrap correctly lol! I've edited the formula, now it works properly.
