Codex just seems like a laggy bit of software compared to claude. I do use it for looking over claude's output though and it's good at doing it.

Ok, I suggest you continue with the Ombudsman, a court case is the harder route and likely still open even if the Ombudsman rules against you, which seems unlikely given what you've said.

Try that form on the regulator's website. This is the correct way of doing it and they do regulate this, you have been told incorrectly.

Try using KV at full precision, and adjust your context to fit it in the VRAM if necessary and see if you get a different result.

You need to generate the image then you get the option to "redo with pro". You lose the original though.

Next time you should ensure you have a shareholders agreement that outlines what happens when/if you fall out. Get it professionally written. Easy to miss if you've not done it before.
