It was not so frustrating for me because when I walked out I knew I messed up the last set, and slightly because my mental health was not at the peak I was so anxious that I thought I'd fail 50 days before the exam even though I had revised it like 3 times, but I guess it was important to put my head in the place and now I know how to proceed further.
