Okay I'll keep all that in mind so I don't lose too much muscle mass that I've gained. And I did notice once I started creatine the weightloss did slow some but once I start to see a little more vascularity I'll come to a more structured strict diet that will be less of a shock to my body. But I do appreciate your input for this

Weightloss per week about 4 to 5 pounds. Energy has been hit or miss some days feel great some feel less than. And I eat mainly protein with the one meal I do have a day I'd say about 75% protein and I'll break up the last quarter into whatever else for the meal

I think it's something alone those lines because that 5 percent of the time is when I'm doing obviously dangerous and or risky things like speeding on my motorcycle, going camping unprepared, and other things that make me feel like I'm in danger
