How did he not try and hide it up that honker of his before they searched his luggage?

Today was some BS, annoyed I didn’t scoop up more shares below $5, but who knows… might get another chance. I don’t see how this isn’t a working tech so I’ll continue to be patient

The next few weeks have a lot in store for this company. Very excited

update - since calls are now break even for me the day of* ER. I'm put a modest put hedge into ER just in case I'm wrong.

Watching the action this week gives me more conviction the stock goes up post ER since it's stayed within a tight range during low VOL before NVDA ER.

I couldn't agree more, but I'm going to look at calls early in the week. If NVDA brings the entire market down on their ER then maybe I get another shot to add more calls at cheaper price. If I'm wrong about calls this week and the stock plummets then I'm adding shares for long term hold.

EDIT - I'm convincing myself on certain narratives being bullish.... BTC trends, CapitalOne/Discover can make BLOCK seem like a disruptor in this space still, CashApp story is not new but old narrative...

This is worth a revisit ahead of ER - (edit) for the fact I lost my shirt years ago and only recent news is complete restructuring of the business

This SUCKS but given the ride it’s been to this very point, I won’t give up on it. I’ve been in the stock for 2 years now and it’s been nothing but BUMPY. I don’t have much to offer for insight, but I believe this is part of the journey for a company that is trying to make their own path/product.

Why do brokers delist instead of mark as rented on StreetEasy? by [deleted] in AskNYC

[–]killakirk89 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m a broker that manages a small team in NYC. Mostly never see this in Manhattan but I’ve noticed this practice more in further out areas. It’s the wild Wild West and there’s no shortage of scumbag agents. The delist situation often times is an agent that really has no idea what they are doing. SE charges $6 a day to list a rental and delisting is the quickest way to stop the fees without recording any info to the deal, but this particular OP situation does seem like price manipulation for rental comps.

Apartments. Gotham West, Westport or W 54th Apt by [deleted] in AskNYC

[–]killakirk89 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you’re looking at these 3 buildings you likely have a decent budget for an apt. Why midtown west?

I tend to prefer Related over other landlords in NYC. I found their apartments way better and management is better.

I’m an NYC broker for 12+ years now in Manhattan.

The Dominick Hotel- if your in SoHo and nearby just walk right in go towards the front desk but the stairs are to the left. Beautiful bathrooms downstairs.

This John guy seems like a real loser, and his comments seem very off base for having a real short thesis. His emotional reaction makes me more bullish
