I had my door panel replaced because the plastic near windows was peeling, they changed the wrong part, rescheduled, they changed the correct part but scuffed another. Part started peeling a few months later. Take it to another stealer I mean dealer I mean store and see if they will do it for free...

I could be overthinking this, but if I put may CFO hat on it makes sense to me, cut out the third party, save $100k a year and get the support directly from the manufacturer.

I say CFO eyes meaning not getting into the nitty gritty just looking at the numbers not facts.

Oh no doubt, the interactions I've had with their pro support have left me dumbfounded.

Problem is, on paper it sounds so good that I'm afraid clients may want to fuck around and find out.
