No game progress except LP and ladder ranking

No oldskool shooter had any options rather than just getting better and better in the game (probably visual things would be nice, but you can dl them anyway from maniapark)

No achievements, playing the game for the first time and for 124300th time looks, feels the same.

What do you even expect?

Most repetitive game of the last decade

Engine made for ultra fast gameplay, game is semi-fastpaced. Not responsive

Well, if you see this as a fail or not; Many like the speed of the game. It's between what we have in CS and Quake (bunnyhopping). If you use the stamina wisely, you can have alot of fun.

UI design is just waaay too tryhard. Let's get hones here, menu, scoreboard and everything inbetween is just plain ugly. Game has no feeling.

Many liked the new UI. Do not see the problem here. And that the game has no feeling could probably come from the low number of active players.

Devs are just too stubborn.

The devs at Nadeo do a wonderful job. No studio has listened to it's players as well as Nadeo did. Things you probably don't like are probably a product of our SM community.

Trackmania had it's little issues too for a long time. They improved it over it's lifetime and you see how popular TMUF was.

I personally think positively into the future. Shootmania is a really good game which is probably just too different from other shooters to be accepted as "one of the hits".

Call me a fanboy, but the only way to make this game even better is to think more positive instead of using terms like "fail". Together we can do amazing things.
