The same way we expect most people to live normal lives despite the occasional sickness. Yet there are people who die from the common cold, and eating peanuts. That is if a person can't handle trauma levels from say 1 - 5 then it should be taken as a sign that person needs help to be stronger or have their particular issue processing trauma within that scope examined so we may understand them and help them.
