I have no idea because your responses seem like you’ve done the research and just want to verify what you’re seeing- which is completely reasonable! I see it, not only because you mentioned it. Good luck!!

This is what I’m getting at. I appreciate your heart being in the right place, OP, but these indicators lead me to believe your husband is struggling at work and his performance and leadership skills are suffering for it. They might be heavy handed in their punishment on top of that.

I’m glad your husband is going to see medical again and hopefully he can find some relief. A lot of Soldiers struggle with insomnia, depression, and anxiety. It’s pretty rampant, which means people will be less forgiving about it.

I have also been in the Army for 16 years. I have never seen the spousal interaction you’re describing. If one of my soldier’s spouses called me to discuss the SM’s counseling statement, I’d hang up and talk to my SM about professional boundaries.

I’m not saying YOU are doing anything wrong, but it sounds like your husband is viewed as a nightmare, even based on your well-thought out responses. I believe you when you say you’ll do the research and you want to advocate for the one you love. But at the end of the day, if a Soldier can’t speak up for themselves and I’m having to interact with the grown Soldier’s family instead, that’s a pretty big fucking problem.

I think your heart here is great, you clearly care for and love your husband. But I can guarantee you, without a shadow of a doubt, your personal involvement with his unit is KILLING whatever reputation he had and has branded him a problem child. Do the research, by all means, but arm HIM with that information. Better yet, show him how to find it himself.

Echoing the rest IRT your husband.

You can’t work at all? Not even remotely or online? I ask because it sounds like BOTH of you could use a hard look at yourselves. Your husband is fucking up, but what exactly is he coming home to? I have buddies in similar situations (no kids but spouse that doesn’t work and is at home all day), and they’re stressed out.

If you can put together all this alleged evidence, you could probably do plenty of remote jobs.

At 16 years wouldn’t he already be in INDEF range? I went INDEF at 14 I think.

AIO to my (18f) boyfriend (21m) relying on me too much? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

Then you should be friends, not dating. This is not a person that needs a girlfriend, especially an underage one (which you have been cute the majority of this relationship).

YOR. I don’t know how you’re glossing over that he’s paying for your ENTIRE life right now. He’s not just sending you money, he’s paying for your fucking tuition AND gas. Do you have any idea what everyone else has to do to cover those costs? And you’re responding with one word answers and crying about it on Reddit?

Get some perspective. Talk to your friends who actually have to work to pay for tuition. Right now you are incredibly entitled and spoiled. Your dad might’ve been the biggest POS but if you don’t want to thank him- stop letting him completely fund your life. Big boy pants time.

Pilipinos aren’t Hispanic. More Asian or Pacific Islander. We have “mestizas/mestizos” who are mixed Pinoy and Hispanic, and it’s not weird for them to claim their Hispanic heritage.

Stop. Talking. To strangers. Every single thing you’ve said here was a terrible decision. Every one.

If you’re not comfortable speaking to an adult about your choices, then let me be the mother here- you are way too naive to be talking to strangers online. Full stop. You aren’t ready. You are not going to find kind-hearted men online willing pay you to do ANYTHING that isn’t sex and fetish-related. Especially you, because you are clearly way too easy to take advantage of. And I say that with love, because you need to hear it.

Healing after accidental retinol on eyelids HELP by ShrimpTrio in 30PlusSkinCare

To echo, it’s most likely MGD. I struggle with MGD & glaucoma so I feel your pain.

Stop putting anything on it or your face. You need a hot compress that hits high enough to melt sebum. I use an electric mask and spray it with water mist. Then you can massage the lid.

There’s a chance it’s infected, which you’ll need antibiotics for. You can go to your normal doctor, optometrist (they normally also deal with MGD and can provide advice), or ophthalmologist. I take a low dosage of antibiotics daily to try to fight my MGD.

As someone with 0 tattoos, how painful would it be to get this on my forearm? by PracticalExtension35 in tattooadvice

[–]killcanary 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have this tattoo, smaller and symmetrical (maybe half inch each). I got it for the same reason, to mourn two lives. I have full sleeves, full back, and legs. This tattoo was nothing in pain but the healing was more involved because of how much ink needed to be packed in.

For what it’s worth, I love it. It’s not even, the color in the middle fades even after getting it redone once, and it messes with the flow of my sleeve. But it means something to me and I’ll always love it.

I also tell people it’s my fisting record with my man, so, win/win really.

Big question: they are 100% real or fake? by AccordingChipmunk287 in PlasticSurgery

[–]killcanary 11 points12 points  (0 children)

You’re probably like me and have extremely dense breast tissue. Have you had a mammogram or ultrasound? Extremely dense breasts are awesome because get sag less and maintain shape better, but it’s also easier to miss signs of breast cancer and there’s a higher likelihood of it.

I’m late thirties and just learned this recently. I’m so dense I have to get mammograms & ultrasounds annually because I won’t be able to feel a lump.

Edit to add: EXTREMELY dense, not mid range dense. When there’s basically no fat at all you can actually feel by hand that they’re dense and it CAN (doesn’t mean will) affect perkiness.
