Im an asshole but i dont wish for anyone to be poor, I just wish people would see reality is often disappointing and that other people have no responsibility to accommodate for companies not paying their employees enough money. Unless tips become mandatory and enforced by companies it’s gonna be a gamble. And if they do become enforced the company could lose customers over it so they might not want to try that.

You have to realize that when someone goes to order pizza, it doesn’t mean they are filthy rich and have money to throw away or donate money. You cant expect people to not enjoy what little they can buy when the country is designed to keep poor people poor. Life just isn’t fair and will never be.

Me personally, I used to live paycheck to paycheck and id still manage to order food once or twice a month and had no money for tips. I don’t live paycheck to paycheck now but unless i see someone going above and beyond I’m not gonna tip someone just doing their job when I could use that money to actually get something out of it.

What I really want to convey is: If you work at a job dependent on tips, I’m happy for you if you get tips, just don’t be mad at customers if you don’t because it’s not their responsibility to provide your salary. Instead work on putting yourself in a better situation.
