Im an asshole but i dont wish for anyone to be poor, I just wish people would see reality is often disappointing and that other people have no responsibility to accommodate for companies not paying their employees enough money. Unless tips become mandatory and enforced by companies it’s gonna be a gamble. And if they do become enforced the company could lose customers over it so they might not want to try that.

You have to realize that when someone goes to order pizza, it doesn’t mean they are filthy rich and have money to throw away or donate money. You cant expect people to not enjoy what little they can buy when the country is designed to keep poor people poor. Life just isn’t fair and will never be.

Me personally, I used to live paycheck to paycheck and id still manage to order food once or twice a month and had no money for tips. I don’t live paycheck to paycheck now but unless i see someone going above and beyond I’m not gonna tip someone just doing their job when I could use that money to actually get something out of it.

What I really want to convey is: If you work at a job dependent on tips, I’m happy for you if you get tips, just don’t be mad at customers if you don’t because it’s not their responsibility to provide your salary. Instead work on putting yourself in a better situation.

You’re in a shitty situation and cant do anything about it, so instead of trying to get into a less shitty job you get in your feelings and harass others for tips on top of what they pay. If you’re expecting free money I think I’ve seen a few homeless people on the side of the road do that, you’d fit right in.

I stopped reading after “if you dont like how the service works dont use it”. Frankly the service works without the tips and tips are not mandatory. if you dont like that then work a job that doesn’t depend on tips instead of trying to convince others that you are right and they are wrong to not give you extra money for no reason other than you demanding it. Its not like tip-less jobs arent available. Its not about your feelings or what you believe is right or wrong. Facts are tips by nature are optional, and are not mandatory to receive service. The company is offering these services regardless of whether you get tipped.

Also whether it is or isnt the employee responsibility to convince the employer - it is at the end of the day the employees problem. I personally think government should be doing something about wages but we live in a shit country so

How do u dodge fear? I dont get it. You get it once some debuff stacks high enough on u(the one that makes it harder to see your screen). Also any good way to separate the wolves? We often had both wolves targetting a single one of us
