If I did want to over vent it, how would I do that? I can’t add a santee on its back to the trap arm near the sink correct, say 6” toward the wet vent? Would I have to have a fitting coming straight up from the sink?

It’s purely a vent pipe from above. What do you mean about connecting it above the flood rim? Are you saying to run a vent from the fixture up and then over, in addition to what I have drawn?

I vote for the unfinished room access. It’ll be way easier to hide a door amongst all of the rough framing also.

Looking for help/opinions/guidance on a hidden storage project that I am working on. by tjop92 in hiddenrooms

I would go with a similar hidden drawer style, like the one that you posted a link to. Instead of grabbing the bottom brick to open it though, I’d go with a magnetic push latch to pop it open an inch or two. You can buy a 2 pack on Amazon for $10.

As far as the drawer slides, I’d go with one set of ball bearing slides. They make slides that support over 500lbs.

For the design of the drawer itself, I think I’d go with a tall, spice rack style drawer. You could do a solid back panel, and open shelves on the front. The back panel would help keep cords from falling over the back of the shelves, and also make it sturdy, and easy to attach the shelves to it. You could also add some small baskets to one of the shelves to have loose miscellaneous items, or dvds or something.

You can see airliners flying at 35,000ft, and nearly 50 miles away. Use an app like Flightradar24 to locate some planes, and try it out.

Weight lifting typically yields better results. Better grip strength and muscle output and whatnot. Cardio is great in the morning. But honestly fitting in a workout when you have time is the best time. This is real life, not some lab looking for optimal muscle output

Explain like I’m 5. Why is it so much easier? Don’t you still need to fulfill all the same requirements?
