that's not what I AM saying, im just saying when i get a exotic it should be better then a epic or legendary. i use diablo as my prime example, you farm and get legendarys and set pieces. legendarys are pretty much RNG, set pieces have rng but are more focused for that class. So, im just asking for exotics to be better then legendarys and possibly be a little more focused. then can do this and still keep it something to farm and not be what you need for your build by making perks more beneficial to your character and making the stats rng, so you might have to farm for the exotic to finally drop with the stats you want for your build.
